aaa construction

Without a professional look, AAA Construction was having a hard time gaining new clients even though they had been operating in the Philadelphia area for years.

The client wanted a logo that would help identify them as the professional and credible construction company that they are.

The logo incorporates construction tools or materials, such as: compasses, wrenches, hammers, saws, wood, etc.

A badge style logo was preferred.

The logo should list the year of establishment: 2003

The logo should be designed, keeping it mind, that it needed to be usable on fluorescent-colored t-shirts; a black silhouette version of the logo should be provided for use on fluorescent safety-color t-shirts.

The final logo was a circular badge design with a color and black-silhouette option. We found the circle to be a stronger, simpler shape compared to other badge-shape options that were explored during preliminary options and during the brainstorming stage.

The hammer and wrench detail was quickly recognizable so we agreed to use it as a focal point on the final badge.

The other preliminary logo (with the hammer and wrench focal point) would have worked just as well for a final design but it came down to the client’s final preference.
